This website is operated by Clear Flow Maintenance Ltd, company number 16901929, registered in England and Wales, registered office C/O Advantax Accountants Ltd, Aurora House, 71-75 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 5SL (a registered office address only, not a trading address or a place to visit). By using the site you accept these terms.
The guidance on this site is general information about drainage, not advice about your specific property. Drainage systems differ, and what applies to one property may not apply to another. Nothing here is a substitute for someone looking at your actual drainage.
We take care to keep the information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it alone.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract and does not constitute a booking. We will respond to discuss the work and the basis of our charges. A contract is formed only when we confirm a booking with you.
Because drainage faults are frequently not visible until work begins, any figure discussed before attending is based on the information you have given us. If what we find on site differs materially, we will tell you before continuing rather than proceeding and invoicing for it afterwards.
We will carry out work with reasonable care and skill. You agree to give us safe access to the property and the drainage, and to tell us about anything relevant that we could not reasonably know, including any chemical drain cleaner that has already been used, known defects, and the location of anything buried near the work.
Where a drain is already damaged, some methods of clearing carry a risk of making the damage worse. Where we identify that risk we will explain it and discuss the alternatives with you before proceeding.
Where you are a consumer and the contract is made away from our premises, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin urgent work within that period you may be required to pay for what has been done up to the point of cancellation.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with work carried out is limited to the value of the work in question.
If you are unhappy with anything we have done, contact us on 07923 933671 or at info@clearflowmaintenance.com and we will try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Call and speak to the engineer, 24 hours a day, including tonight.
